Our in-boutique technicians handle the essentials, from bracelet adjustments, battery replacements and light ultrasonic cleaning to quick diagnostics while you wait. If your time-piece needs a full overhaul, polishing, or movement repair, we arrange for a secure transfer to Ahmed Seddiqi’s Dubai service centre. Certain maisons are serviced by our own Swiss-trained watchmakers; others travel to the brand’s international workshop. In every case you receive a detailed estimate, brand-authorised work, and full return tracking.
Jewellery Service
Bring fine jewellery for on-the-spot inspections, clasp tightening, and gentle cleaning. More intricate work such as stone setting, resizing, or restoration is managed by our Dubai experts or routed directly to the maison, in line with each brand’s service policy. Our team keeps you informed at every step, from assessment to safe return.
