Darb Al Wasl is a retailer of luxury watches and jewellery in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the “Services”).

It is mandatory for us to collect this information to provide the Services and respond to your enquiries.

• Information captured in documents you provide for payment processing and compliance purposes such as a government-issued identification (for transactions that meet a certain threshold), payment cards. It is mandatory to collect this information to fulfill our compliance obligations.

If you wish to attend any of our events, it is mandatory for us to collect minimal personal information (such as your name and contact information) to manage registration and admission into the event. • Providing the Services: We process your personal information for generating invoices, VAT processing, managing refunds/exchanges, product warranty activation (where applicable), logistics and delivery. Personal information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United Arab Emirates, where affiliates of Al Waqt Al Abyad Trading (Single Person Company) are located.
