A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE MASTERLINK

At Watches & Wonders 2026, Gerald Charles advances its Masterlink collection with the introduction of its most technically ambitious piece to date, the Masterlink Perpetual Calendar.

DESIGN ROOTED IN THE LEGACY OF GERALD GENTA

Building on a design language rooted in the legacy of Gerald Genta, the watch brings a perpetual calendar into the brand’s distinctive asymmetrical case, a form defined by its curved “smile” at six o’clock and architectural proportions. This latest release marks a clear step forward, combining high complication with a contemporary, sport-driven identity.

Rather than treating complexity as a statement, the Masterlink Perpetual Calendar integrates its functions with clarity, presenting a calendar display that is both legible and intuitive for everyday wear .

PRECISION WITHIN AN ARCHITECTURAL FORM

At the core of the Masterlink Perpetual Calendar is the new GCA11000 calibre, developed in collaboration with Vaucher and built around a micro-rotor architecture. The movement introduces a perpetual calendar within a shaped construction, using space efficiently to prioritise readability and balance across the dial .

Encased in Grade 5 titanium, the 40 mm case and integrated bracelet reinforce the watch’s focus on lightness and wearability. The use of the brand’s proprietary Darkblast finish, combined with brushed and polished surfaces, creates a tactile contrast that highlights the geometry of the piece while maintaining durability for daily use.

Two dial executions further define its character, a fumé grey interpretation that emphasises depth and restraint, and an openworked version that reveals the movement’s structure. Across both, the layout reflects a deliberate hierarchy of information, where the most relevant indications remain clear at a glance.
