To assure a level of service that matches our brand’s reputation, we maintain the Middle East’s largest service centre (often called “Mini-Swiss Workshop” by the visiting Swiss watch industry officials), staffed with Swiss-trained experts with delicate skills and equipped with most modern, state of art Swiss caliber equipments in collaboration with Rolex –Geneva.

The Workshop

Seddiqi workshop located in its own building Capricorn Tower at Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai is beautifully designed and fully equipped with Swiss caliber machines in line with Rolex Service Centre in Geneva, Switzerland. But the uniqueness of Seddiqi Workshop has been always the un-compromise dedication to uphold the quality of the individual care offered to every watch, every customer. To match this vision, the whole workshop has been meticulously divided into eight different sections. These are:

• The Work Station - accommodation for 23 technicians
• Cleaning Section - fully equipped with latest machines
• Polishing Section - fully equipped with latest machines
• Spare Parts Control - with Lista Cabinets to hold the spares
• Jewelry Section - fully equipped with latest machines
• Customer Service Desk - fully controlled computer system
• Video Conferencing   & Training Room - fully equipped for Video Conf. & Training
• Administration - Manned by qualified and highly experienced staffs
